Same Day Shipping                                                                            

Please allow for a 2-5 days shipping turnaround. In general, orders placed by 11:00AM PST (Monday-Friday) will typically ship the same day. Orders placed later are set to ship the following day. Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS to locations within the contiguous United States from our warehouse in Houston, Texas. 

Please note that during the period from US Thanksgiving to Christmas - fulfilment delays may occur. .

Shipping Rates                                                                                           

The standard shipping fees are seen at checkout. These may vary depending on the number of items purchased and location. To view shipping rates, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address then select "Continue to shipping". 

Free Shipping offer valid on orders with a subtotal of $34.95 or more. Tax excluded. Discount codes may change your subtotal. Offer not redeemable for cash or credit. Jojali reserves the right to modify or end this promotion without notice.

PO Boxes                                                                                                       

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes. Please enter a physical address at checkout.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO                                        Because UPS® Ground is not an option for these areas, we ship through the US Postal Service. Unfortunately, when shipping USPS, you'll need to allow several additional days for it to be shipped and we also do not have the granular level of tracking that we do with UPS®.

International Orders                                                                                       

At this time, we only ship within the United States. For International orders you will need to locate your International distributor. Please email us: support@jojali.com


Changes to your Order or Canceling your Order

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE CANNOT CANCEL ORDERS OR MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE FOLLOWING: ITEMS IN THE ORDER, SHIPPING ADDRESS, PAYMENT METHOD, OR SHIPPING METHOD. ORDERS ARE IMMEDIATELY SENT TO OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER FOR FULFILLMENT.

**We are NOT responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the sender. Please check your shipping address twice before placing your order. The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details and will be held liable for any fees incurred for orders returned to us for inaccurate delivery information.
