We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with our products. Within 7 business days of receiving the game, if the game you received is defective or damaged, upon approval from our support team, a new game will be shipped to you at no cost. 

Eligibility for Returns

Our return policy is valid for 7- business days from the date of purchase. After this time, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Additionally, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. We can only accept returns for products purchased on jojali.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Please contact: support@jojali.com

Return Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding its approval or rejection. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

2. Contact your credit card company—refunds may take some time to appear.
